What You Need

Here are the materials we use every week:

20 sets of dice, in various colors

Mini dice bags, in various colors

5 Dungeons and Dragons Starter Sets (bought at my local game store)

2 Player’s Handbooks

Each student was given their own set of dice, and told not to lose them. They get the dice for keeps. To be honest, the dice in total were the least expensive part of the whole endeavor.

Each group has their own Starter Set box. This ended up being very nice. Each group keeps their character sheets and dice in the box too! The kids thought of that on their own.

All materials together cost about $200. I have extra dice and bags, and I expect to use the starter sets over in future years.

(I ended up going back and getting one more Starter Set for a total of 6, so I could run the adventure with my GM group.)
